Fall Fun

Dillon thoroughly enjoyed being a rebel for a little while and riding the gocart (usually off-limits) while I pushed from behind. He wasn't too thrilled about the helmet, however.
Autumn loves the season she was named for.

The riding lawnmower was another source of enjoyment, even with the motor off.

Hunter wanted to ride the trolley into the leaves, but he made us stop the trolley before he would timidly jump in.

Autumn is my favorite season, and my favorite 6 yr. old niece!

It was Autumn's sixth birthday on the 24th, a month before my 21st birthday. We decorated and made a cake and cupcakes and had a lot of fun with the birthday girl. The special occasion was made even more special by the fact that my mission call came!!! Too bad Dad and Jared went hunting and weren't back until Saturday. But it worked out for the best. We were able to get all of my siblings on conference calls at the same time, so we all found out together that I was called to the Germany Munich/Austria mission! So exciting, seeing as we have ancestors from Germany and I took three years of German in Highschool. I hope I can use the language to do family history. :) Also, the new movie, The Errand of Angels is about sister missionaries in Austria. :)

Summer Fun

Hey everybody! Here's an update on my life as of now: I am currently waiting for my mission call, seeing as I have finished my paperwork and interviews and everything should be going along right on schedule! Also, I am working for Acorn Enterprises.
This last weekend Jared and Crystal and their kids came to visit. It was an awesome weekend. :) We played games, ate good food (including crawdads that Jared and Autumn brought and cooked for us) went hiking, went out for shakes, watched Willow, and just relaxed. It was much needed.
